How to work?

Penile erection occurs when the penis fills with blood. This happens because the blood vessels that bring blood flow to the sex dilate, increasing the blood supply. At the same time, the blood vessels that remove blood from the sex contract. The blood accumulates in the sex causing an erection.

How to take?

For erectile dysfunction, take Cialis just before sexual activity but not more than once per day. It can be used up to 36 hours before sexual activity. Do not use  Cialis for erectile dysfunction if you are taking Adcirca for pulmonary arterial hypertension.

Side effects:-
